SUPPORT Q&A - Cannot create new product

Hi,

I'm new to Innovator and I'm trying things out.

I log on as admin and when I click on design->product, the "create new item" icon is disabled and so is the file->new menu.

It's a fresh new installation and I haven't changed any thing.

Can anyone tell me what I missed?
