SUPPORT Q&A - IE Failed to initialize

I install Aras in winserver 2008 R2, Service Pack 1, IE 8.

And ie is configured according to aras_innovator_internet_explorer_client_machine_configuration.pdf.

But when visit aras, ie shows nothing.

Please tell me what I should do. Thank you!
