SUPPORT Q&A - Error: The Database is not available.

According to the installation guide, I installed Aras with win server 2008 R2, sql server 2008.

When I access url with firefox remotely, Aras is initialized and show login page.

But after I login , the error comes up: Error: The Database is not available.

I have change sql server authentication to SQL server and windows authentication mode.

Could anyone tel me how to resolve it ?
