sometimes when I try to check out a file associated with a document a get a failure to ckeck out file xy... into ./temp/blaba...
This happens when I try to check the file into the working directory or directory I've choose with "checkout file into" functionality.. the realy weird thing is that this only happens once, if try it again it works fine (as all further checkouts). I can reproduce this error on different machines and on different versions (8.1 or 9.01). I even have checked the browser settings, but since it is only the first check out which makes trouble I don't believe it has something to do with the browser settings. Has anybody else run into this behavior?

FYI: only happens with foreign locales (i.e. german) has been fixed with release 9.02
