User inputs search criteria but application doesn't apply the criteria. See screenshot below.
User has logged into other
computers and it follows her. Other users on these same computers have no issues. She has tried accessing through Citrix and directly from desktop (non-Citrix) .
It has to do with her permissions or something behind the scenes that it causing this. No one else is
having the issue.

Hi,
I think it's because of the search options. Please check the "Append Results" option on the search menu. If checked it, the search criteria doesn't apply.

Resolution was found:
User had to clear her preferences. She cleared internet preferences in her IE cache and in the ARAS tool bar there is an “Actions” -> Reset Preferences.
