Hello,
When I click the "Type" field on the document form and select "specification" from the document hierarchy, the words "specification properties" and a blue bar are displayed on top of the document metadata on the left pane. See attached
Any Suggestions?
Thanks,
Nate K

Hi Nate -
The "Specification Properties" section is part of the class-specific field display feature of the Product Engineering solution. This feature allows you to show fields that are only applicable to certain classes (e.g. Size and Scale for Drawings). If you don't use this feature, you can just edit the Document Form and remove the Form Event for "Show Class-Specific Fields". If you want to use the feature, but the "Specification Properties" section is just in the wrong place you can just move it. To do this, edit the Document Form, choose the specification_border field in the field list (top left), click on the Field Physical tab, check the Visible box, position the field where you want it, then uncheck the Visible box.
Regards -
Rob

Rob,
Thanks very much. Moved it and it looks splendid. I'll be using this later.
Have a great weekend!
