SUPPORT Q&A - Internet Explorer Crashes

Our company is running Aras 9.4. User base has mixed IE clients running versions 8, 9, and 10. We do not use Active Directory.

Our users report frequesnt IE crashes. The common error message is:

Aras Innovator client has failed to initialize.
Some required controls('Utils.dll', 'Converter.dll', 'UpdateIntercommunicationLayer.dll', 'Vault.dll') were not loaded. Reinstalling application may solve this problem.
Obviously this is very frustrating to the user as they lose all unsaved work and must login again.
Has anyone resolved this issue?

Could you confirm that the crashes occur in all 3 IE versions?
