Hi,

You can refer Method: "Project_CloneProjectOrTemplate" in ARAS 11.0, which is creating Project from Template and Cloning Project  using server side C# Code.

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately we still in 9.4. and mentioned method is not available in this version
