SOLUTION - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - Project Activity Status change

I'm looking for a way to change or force a change to a project activity status to Pending back from Active (after the project has been scheduled).

After looking at this closer, I realized I had failed to look a the Activity life cycle, which didn't have a path back to Pending from Active state
