Question : why its show ArasRestrictedMode=1

Hi,
This means that in your IE you had a warning box that said that functionality will be restricted. This means .NET client install was not done properly and that as a result some functions (e.g. file upload and download) are non-functional.
When you clicked the "use restricted mode" you must have also clicked the "remember this decision".
Clear your cookies for Aras site and you will get the warning dialog again.
Repeat the .NET Client install to make this warning go away.
