Dear Developers,
One issue occur regarding mail notification,
i put a mail in a life cycle and life cycle put on item type. So when i login with admin innovator then mail work properly when i save , and when i promote, mail comes but issue is when i login with users and promote then process successfully done but mail not comes . why i can't understand.
So its a kind request to guide me, its urgent.

In a lifecycle state, when i set my custom permission then after promote mail not come but when i take document lifecycle existing permission " In Review" then mail work.
Why this happen i cant understand , so kindly request to guide me
