Dear Friends,
Kindly help me regarding email management.
I was make a lifecycle and that lifecycle put in a item type, i create a mail and put on state of lifecycle.
So , when i save the item then mail come this is correct but when i promote the item then mail not come while i put mail on next state of lifecycle as well.
In place of other user when i promote by innovator admin then mail comes for the same situation i cant understand.
Kindly guide me.

One More issue occur when i login with innovator admin then mail work succesfully but from other user login not work properly , can't understand

Hi Friends,
I found one more thing , when i set permission of document lifecycle like new document and in review document to my lifecycle then mailing work properly for other users.
So it is clear that problem regarding permission but question raise that mailing affected by permission as well.
