I have created a polyitem type and now I want to define some condition on that so is it possible to write any server event on polyitem to filter list before load

Yes you can add server events on Poly Item. 

Aras automatically adds some OOTB methods on Poly Item onbcreation of the polyitem.

You can add this server event using AML or by enabling Server Events Tab.

Thanks vasant for your response but I have tried but server event tab is disable on polyitem type. Can you please tell me the procedure how to enable this.
