If there such and how can I add them in Aras Innovator 11 SP5?

We have Component Engineering that allows you to obtain electronic components from the IHS library. However this is a subscription feature.- not sure of your status.
We do not have other connections for predefined parts from other libraries. However, if you can download the data you can create the item in innovator in insert the CAD, etc.
What library are you using?

If you are looking for Electronic components CE is a good fit.
Be sure you understand the features in the open source CE vs subscription CE - www.aras.com/.../component-engineering.aspx
CE 11R3 is certified on Innovator 11.0 SP3. We do not have CE certified on SP5 yet.
FYI - The download you have noted is CE 11R1 - to use on Innovator 11.0SP3 you also need CE11R3 to upgrade.
