i am new to aras, how to crate packages and how to add packageGroup and package element for export/import

please guide me

hiii samp

first you have to create PackageDefinition which can be created from aras -> Adminstrator -> Configuration -> PacakgeDefinition -> create new item

after that go to item or relation or workflow that yo have to add to package

select item that you have to add then go to Tools button of main toolbar of aras

Tools -> Admin -> Add to PackageDefinition -> select pakageDefinition

and for import export you have to download project of PackageImportExportUtilities from aras project

then export package from that project then import.mf file is created

this import.mf file used to import package to your project
