On attempt to access Innovator 11.0 SP5 with Firefox browser on Mac I get popup error message "Could not get current time zone." (even before getting to logon screen).
I used to have installed Innovator 11.0 and was successfully able to access it from Mac/Firefox ESR 31, but after upgrade the "timezone" message started popping up and preventing me from further evaluation from this environment. Access from Windows IE and or FF works just fine.
I tried different combinations of OS (OS X El Capitan (10.11.4) and OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)) and Firefox (31 ESR and 38 ESR) no success. The only invariable component is browser extension: ArasFirefoxExtension 11.0.5 (last updated march 22, 2016).
Therefore my conclusion is there is an issue with FireFox extension on Mac - I am a little surprised however that nobody else has reported this problem, so maybe it is not the case after all?
Can anybody comment?

Solution:
The issue has something to do with the way Timezone is set up on OSX and how Innovator code it retrieving it.
If you have the problem described above try setting different timezones by disabling automatic setting and selecting cities from the dropdown list (not using look ahead feature). Make sure to completely shutdown FF and/or clear the cache between the sessions.
In my case selecting major city like New York did the trick.
Aras is going to file the issue and follow up on it.
