SUPPORT Q&A - Need to move SQL Server to another physical server

I need to move my Innovator v11SP5 SQL Server database to a different physical server. In order to point Innovator at the new server can I just shutdown IIS, change the server= clause in the DB-Connection portion of InnovatorServerConfig.xml to point to the new server, then restart IIS?
