SOLUTION - QUALITY SYSTEMS - Cannot Import QS.3 in Aras 9.0.1

I am trying to import QS.3 in Aras 9.0.1

It is giving an error C31, duplicate key cannot be inserted in database.

any hack that can be applied to overcome this issue

Ajay,

Just to verify please make sure you are using merge mode on the Import Tool instead of ignore. This should hopefully do the trick for you.

Hi Sean,

We are indeed using merge mode while importing.

Some of the relations are already built by other imports and somehow, the installation does not allow the merge.
