I would like to know if it is possible to create a Part and import the BOM related to this part from Excel files?

Hi Zylboxx,

To import a Part item and its BOM into Aras, you first need to batch load all Part items (the root Part item and each of the child Parts). Then you can batch load the Part BOM relationships in a second data load to connect the structure. All Aras subscribers and partners have access to the Batch Loader tool, which allows administrators to load item data into Aras Innovator from a data file, such as a CSV file or a tab-delineated text file.

For more information on subscription features such as the Batch Loader tool, I recommend contacting the Aras Community team. If you have any trouble using the Batch Loader tool, Aras Support may be able to assist you.
