APPLICATION - PRODUCT ENGINEERING - Express ECO WF "Change cannot continue while affected items still have Action set to 'Review"

Hi all,

I'm not able to continue with the Express ECO WF because I recive the error "Change cannot continue while affected items still have Action set to 'Review", so I go to the ECO and I try to edit the impact matrix to change the Item Action but I'm not able to do nothing.

Can you confirm that the Express ECO item is locked before trying to update the impact matrix?

Are you using the OOTB Express ECO LifeCycle Map? I believe this error message may be thrown by validations on the LifeCycle transition.

Also, can you clarify what happens when you try to change the item action in the Express ECO impact matrix? Do you receive an error, or are the menu options greyed out, or are you simply unable to open the context menu for the item?
