I am definitely not an SQL expert, but is it possible to run Aras with a database server other than Microsoft's SQL server such as MySQL or PostgreSQL? I am interested particularly in using postgreSQL if it is possible.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
At this time, Aras Innovator only supports Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2000.
