Hello Hans-Georg, and welcome to the forum.
The simplest way to fix this problem is:
Open the Control Panel.
Select Add/Remove Programs and find "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0"
Select Change/Remove for "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0"
When prompted, select Repair.
If you do not have the .NET 2.0 Framework installed, please download and install it.
(See the Aras Innovator - .NET Client Configuration for where to download the .NET 2.0 redistributable at http://www.aras.com/support/Documentation/documentation.aspx)

Hi Bill and all!
Bill, thanks for your prompt answer.
unfortunately the "Repair" did not work.
Then I removed all installations of .NET Framework (I had also 1.1 installed) and reinstalled .NET 2.0. But it is still not working.
I get still a empty page with error Message:

At least it is different than before ;)
What could I try else?
