jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

I believe the new client doesn’t have a .NET security policy set up. You should try the following:

1) Make sure http://ttdomain3 is in the trusted zone of IE

2) Download sdns.exe to the client

3) Close all IE windows

4) Run sdns.exe for the URL ttdomain3/InnovatoServer

5) Open a new IE window

6) Log into ttdomain3/InnovatoServer

Error should be gone.
