SUPPORT Q&A - Unable to create new product

Right-clicking the Products icon only gives "List All" as an option.  I've got parts created...  Any ideas?

The Product ItemType only has Can Add privileges for members of the CM Identity.  (Innovator Admin is not a member of this Identity.)

You need to add the Identity you are logged in as to one of the change management Identities.  (Change Specialist I, Change Specialist II, or Change Specialist III)  Please keep in mind, members of these Identities are also used in the ECN, ECR, and PR processes, so you will be adding privileges to that as well.
