SUPPORT Q&A - Error Message "Conversion 'DBNull' to 'String' is not valid"

Hello All,

I got a following error message when I login to ArasInnovator. This error message has appeared after setting the TOC Access.

"Conversion from type 'DBNull' to type 'String' is not valid."

1. Add new categories in Category of list.

2.Set the TOC Access for specific ItemType.

3.Login to ArasInnovator, then the error message has shown. And display nothing in main tree.

4.Unset the TOC Access from the ItemType. I can login normally.

Any help?
