Hello All:
I have setup an Engineering group with specific permissions in Innovator. I have also set up several virtual users for testing purposes. My problem is, when I login as an engineer and submit an ECR. The ECR goes to My In Basket, after updating the activity and voting to submit the ECR. The ECR is then ready for review by the CS1. When I login as CS1 to enter the following information Fast Track, Priority for Tech Review, and Assign the Creator. I'm unable to do the tasks mentioned because it's in the read only mode. What can I do to remedy this problem, I 'm sure it's a permission setting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeremy Lilly

At that point in the process the ECR should have the "In Review ECR" Permission, so the entire CM group (including Change Specialist I) should have update privileges. First open the ECR form and go to Views->Permissions->View and confirm that this opens the "In Review ECR" Permission. Next, open the "CM" Identity and confirm that "Change Specialist I" is a member. If both of those check out, you should be able to lock the ECR in order to edit it. If not, we'll have to dig a little deeper.
