I remember being able to search for a part via a form interface in 9.0.1 Has this functionality been removed in 9.1.0? I can't find an option to turn it on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes, Form Search Mode was removed in Aras Innovator 9.1.0 when the new search enhancements were introduced.
