DEVELOPERS FORUM - Problem with name of automation component

Hi,

we have a dll which is called TCPWrp 1.0 Type Library.TCPWork. This dll is installed and the method_config is updated.

Problem is, that we can't use the dll in a method inside ARAS.

We have tried the following:

TCPWrp_1.0_Type_Library.TCPWork

The problem is the point (1.0) in the name itself. Is there a solution for this?

Please note that the dll is a 3rd party component and we can't made any changes to the dll.

Hi,

we have solved the problem. Instead of TCP we work now with a web service.
