Hi All,
I have been working on an Innovator 9.0.1 instance for past 6 months and suddenly I started facing issues logging into the system. I am trying to install another Innovator instance on the same machine but the installation fails.
While running the installation setup, when i requiest for the license key, instead of forwarding the requesting the request to Aras' website, the following wizard appears and the installation fails:
I think that the two problems (1. older instance of innovator not working 2. Installation fails) are connected.
Are there some machine settings which have been altered in my case?
Please help me with the issue.
