If you see an error message during installation that reports Use DLL error the cause is a missing Windows DLL that should be in your c:WINDOWS/System32 or c:WINNT/System32 folder. MSVCR71.DLL is the missing DLL. Can be found on the web or on a friend's computer. Copy the file into the System32 folder, and then re-run the Innovator install. You can remove the DLL after the installation is complete, it is only needed by the Installer, not the run-time Innovator services.
