SOLUTION - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - 404 Error- when trying to open an attached file from the document( Deliverable)

Hi All,

        Am tring to attach a deliverable to an acvity in the ACW Form and am able to do succesfully create a document and attach a file to it. While opening the attached file from document(thro'  ACW Form) , it shows the below error

but if i update( generation increments) the document, i will be able to view the attached file, but if i close and open the same deliverable,again i have to increment the generation then only it allows me to view the file otherwise it will show "404 Error"

but if i open the attached file directly from the document itemtype from TOC , no need to increment the generation.. am able to view it in all the cases

Why same document itemtype has two different behaviours ?

1) Document creation thro' Deliverable in ACW 

2) Document creation from TOC
