I encounter a problem that seems very strange. After I released a sub-assembly with BOM, I plan to use an ECN to update this sub-assembly's BOM. So a new revision B is created during ECN process, and its state is "Preliminary". However, I cannot update BOM item's quantity. The system returns an error saying "There is no tag in response". I was not allowed to delete BOM item either, with error message "Insufficient permissions to delete the item". On the other hand, I am able to add new items into BOM and I am free to do any change for the new added BOM items, which indicates that my permissions should be OK.
What could be wrong?
