SUPPORT Q&A - Login Error Problem: Authentication failed innovator

Hi,
I just finished the installation but while log in get the error msg "Authentication failed for innovator". There is no error in SQL when login using the same credentials, only  during IE login attempt. I am suspecting ASP.NET problem or something. saw some other similar problem posts but no valid solutions. Following is my InnovatorServerConfig.xml file listing.
Please help.
