SUPPORT Q&A - Login problem on client in company network

Hi

After a number of installations of Innovator 9.2 I finally get it up and running on my test network at home, both on server and on client computers.

We have now tried to install the Innovator 9.2 on our company server and it worked good on the server. We can access with internet explorer. On the client machines it seems to be a problem with login and the pop-up window do not appear on the client machines:

Windows 7 with IE8

Windows XP with IE6

Same behaviour on both machines. The second one has been used in my home installation without any problems.

 

Instead of the pop-up the following text appears in IE window:

Aras Innovator client has failed to initialize.


Please, contact your system administrator to review your .NET security settings.

We have followed the guidelines for .Net and Aras Innovator - Internet Explorer Client Machine Configuration.

 

Since the problem is present on two different client machines I wonder if the problem can be on the server side.

Any ideas how to solve this problem.
