Every time we login to the Innovator System it is rather slow(Not only the Initization login), after we have input the username and password we have to wait for 20-30 seconds before jump to the success page. Meanwhile, all the other function component works OK after login and the network status is OK cause the ping delay is very small. Currently, our system is installed in a virtual machine while the database is installed on another computer. Can you explain the cause of this problem and tell me how to solve it? Thx

The Problem has been solved that reason is service side install .Net Framework2.0 and client side install .Net Framework3.5.

As you said the problem has been solved when I update .NET2.0 to .NET3.5 in server side.
I think maybe InnovatorV9.2 must .NET3.5 to support.
