SUPPORT Q&A - smtp can't relay

Hi Support at Aras,

I am having a fun time with smtp. As you know the default in Aras is to queue, for purpose of testing the system, I have changed it from queue, to smtpout.sercureserver.net which is what godaddy uses, and I get the following error.

further chats with godaddy they sugessed that I use:

relay-hosting.secureserver.net, and when I changed that in the smtp, I got the following erros:

I believe someting on my server at terramark is preventing me from relaying, any thoughts what that could be?

Were you able to resolve this issue. Would appreciate if you could share your resolution on this topic. I am having similar issues where my mails are stuck in the queue directory while sending email either through ARAS or when testing with telnet. I have been troubleshooting for a while now.

Use Third Party SMTP Server Like Hmailserver.
