Ravi
Have you followed these documents?
Aras Innovator 9.2 - .NET Client Configuration.pdf
Aras Innovator 9.2 - Internet Explorer Client Machine Configuration.pdf

Hi David
Thanks for your reply
Yes I have followed both the documents.....
even i could not connect in the same server with ip address- 192.169.1.8/.../ , where i could connect with localhost/.../
so the problem is not only from the client, the problem is connecting with the ip address from server system itself and from client.
Thanks

Ravi
What address' did you put in for SDNS.exe?
Did you include a rule for the localhost address and the named / or IP address?
You should be able to manually check the rules you have in place with CasPol.exe
I.e. on my server its
C:WINDOWSMicrosoft.NETFrameworkv2.0.50727CasPol.exe -m -ld

Hi David
Thanks for your quick reply.
i have given this address 192.168.1.8/.../Client for SDNS.exe
and i have checked in my server as you said but i could not understand what is there
so you pleas check image which i have attached with this reply
Thanks

Ravi
You do not need to add /Client after your address
You should only need to enter
192.168.1.8/InnovatorServer
(You can see that sdns.exe creates a batch file / caspol to create the rule, if you have a read through the batch file that it adds the slash and "Client/cbin/*)

Sorry Ravi
I'm not sure what is causing your issue.
Sounds like its network related / or IIS
- Are able to see the IIS page if you go to the address? http://192.168.1.8 Can you do this via a client PC?
- Can you ping 192.168.1.8 from the server (its own address) and from clients
- Can you ping the internal address 127.0.0.1 on the server?
Not sure I can be much more help, sorry!
