SUPPORT Q&A - Client login screen not responding

I can get to the login screen with the user name and password field all enabled, looking normal.  But when I click on the login button, nothing happens.  There are no errors reported either.  Login in from the server's Aras Innovator icon is fine.

I've installed the Quality System solution yesterday, but was working in Server exclusively, so didn't test if client login was failing before or after the change.  Also, I had a problem a few days ago related to another application on my machine, and I disabled XML related add-ons in IE's Manage Add-on screen, which caused aras to display an error icon.  But those were all re-enabled and client login was working again.

Could someone help me understand what's wrong?
