Hi
I have been trying to change the branding image on the test sever so I can easily tell which environment I am working on. I have edited the original image Banner_02.jpg saved the file. restarted IIS services and re-launched Innovator only to have the old image still there. I am using windows 7 professional and I am aware of the virtualstore and how Windows likes to fake out where files are stored. I took ownership of the Aras install directory on the Programs Files folder. verified there are no other copies of the image any where on this computer. I have made different types of image files updated the InnovatorServerConfig.xml file to point to the correct image, even created new image folder and pointed it there.
Just as a double check I changed the text string 'product_name="Aras Innovator This is a TEST" ', and when the login screen comes up I see 'Aras Innovator This is a Test' message. which tells me that Innovator is reading the serverconfig file. but the old banner image is still there......
What am I missing? This should have taken all of two min. to complete.

The issue is with Internet Explorer. forced it to check for newer version of stored pages. IE kept using the stored images on the temp drive.

I also Doing the same thing but i failure to change branding image in ARAS 10 on mozilla Firefox. If you found your solution then please share with me.
