We recently started using Aras in Zhongshan, China. Our users over there can log in to Aras, and search for parts, but when it comes to opening a part, it gets bogged down and won't open. The part window opens and you can see the part number at the top of the window, but the window is blank.
If we did a vault replication, would we still run into the same issues? We ran a test using speedtest.net and got a 1.71 Mb/s connection to Chicago. Are there other tests that we can do?
Anyone else running Aras in the US and China successfully?
Any help will be very appreciated.
