the error message "unable to start WAS and W3SVC services" is displayed.
If I comment

<!-- <authentication mode="Windows" /> -->
<!-- </system.web> -->
in applicationHost.config, the services start but I get the message "HTTP error 500.9" when I connect to the server localhost/.../Server.
