Did you try the solution provided here -  Hide Relationship Tabs on Aras Forms ? There is also a solution to hide tabs when Part is not an Assembly, but you can just change the condition.

This worked, but I want to make it at the beginning when I create the Parts and select the Assembly type?

Typically you need to do this kind of job twice. When you load a Form you show/hide tabs regarding classification. In addition use an "onChange" event on the classification property itself to show/hide the tabs on user selection.
