How to define sequence number to a Document sub type?

I have a Design Document sub item type and would like to assign a different sequence number to the "Document Number" and how to achieve this?

Strange to have joined Aras community and use this tool!! Been 4 days and there is no response from none of the user at least. We wanted to try out POC for our new project and this seems to not user friendly/ community supported tool ever.
