Conversion failed for MyInBasket

Hi! we are using SP9. I create an express ECO and when I try  to see my tasks and click My Inbasket, I get this error : "Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string." I have problems also with CADtoPDF conversion tasks. Are both related? What should I check? thanks, Duygu

    Hi Duygu, I don't believe these issues are related. I've seen the error you're reporting with the Inbasket before, and you should be able to resolve it by following the steps below.
    1. Login as admin
    2. Open the Project Task ItemType
    3. Lock the ItemType
    4. Save, Unlock, and Close the Project Task ItemType
    5. Repeat the steps above for the Workflow Task ItemType
