Error message from promote dialogue is blank in iexplorer 11

Not possible to send error dialogue from promote. WE try to have a validate for promote error dialogue. But from internet explorer 11 the dialogue is empty. Probably we cannot send error messages from sub dialogues in iexplorer 11 Dialogue appears but error text is blank.
