Custom Workflow - Aras

Hii..... Can you tell me the procedure to create custom new workflow in Aras? Simly like.... Start > Submit DOC (Creator with some tasks) > Review 1 (With some tasks) >Review 2 (With some tasks) > Approve Each state's status can be viewed by World (All Users). Thanks in advance.
