Item Characteristics and Common Grid Utilities

We have installed Aras 11SP9 on premises once again to look at setting up a solution for some internal processes. I merged a majority of the Item Characteristics And Classification community package.  But I am confused about the Common Grid Utilities overlays?  Where are the ItemTypes for tgc_Configuration and etc?  I can't seem to find any documentation for this package. These seem to be referenced in a number of other packages that got moved to the GitHub repositories.
