but it's not working in my case.
here is my example :
‘ITName=’+itemTypeName+’&itemID=’+itemID+’&reverseITName=Projects and Customers&reversePropertyName=customer’
I have two white spaces in the url. Is it correct ?
Firefox debugger loaded page scripts/relationshipsGrid.html
My question is how to load ../Solutions/PLM/scripts/ReverseItemsGrid.html correctly ?

I am sorry that you were not able to get it working with the above information. However, I have been able to get it working using the item types that you have specified. In case you want to try again I have attached some screen captures of my instance working.
