Hello, I'd like to begin with some customization work. Where can I download the customization required tool? (Solution Studio ?) And is there any guide/manual for the first time customization? Thanks

Hello, The Solution Studio does not require a separate download and is launched automatically when you open a Method Item within the Innovator client.
