After a bit of troubleshooting i updated VaultServerConfig.xml with https (instead of http) for AppServerURL:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<VaultServer>
<AppServerURL>localhost/.../AppServerURL>
<LocalPath>C:\Aras\Vault\</LocalPath>
<login_name>vadmin</login_name>
<name>Default</name>
<password>vadmin</password>
<version>11.0.0</version>
</VaultServer>
This let me get a bit farther where i get another error:
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
2018-01-16 11-48-08 Exception In Background Thread

I thought maybe i had to install the ssl cert in the trusted certificate on the server itself but no luck. Any ideas?
